Mr. Dave Langendorff's primary responsibilities include irrigation designs for industrial, commercial including on structure and Green Roofs, residential, and public landscapes, quality control, field inspections, water audits, water management, consulting, plan checking, construction administration oversight, general administration. He has participated as a guest lecturer at Las Positas Jr. College and Community groups sharing his knowledge on water conservation, general irrigation, and how it works and interfaces with the landscape. He provides an emphasis on water conservation and sustainability through design and management.

ASIC created this award in honor of Ivy's passion, dedication and her leadership during her many years of commitment to the industry and ASIC as an organization. Ivy had the honor of being the first woman to hold the position of ASIC President 2014-2016 before her passing and was the first Award recipient.
