Q:  What does a complete irrigation system design typically include?

Irrigation designs include a completed design with all necessary:
- Notes
- Legends
- Details
- Specifications
- Coordination of water & electrical source connections
- Pressure calculations
- Standard Overnight delivery charges
- Electronic transmission of CAD based drawings
- Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance compliance

- Monthly schedules and water use projections

 

Items not included in quotes unless specifically so stated are:
- Preliminary site review or field checks
- Base sheets/site plans

- Hydrozone map
- Meetings
- Detailed installation cost estimates
- Construction observations

- Landscape Irrigation Audits

- Field reviews/punch list
- Review(s) of submittals and/or record drawings
- Revisions beyond our control
- Special reproduction requirements (deemed as all orders from client)
- Special delivery charges (deemed as requirements by client to not allow for standard mail deliveries)
- All travel costs associated with the above

- Coordinaton with grey water system

- Coordination with rain water system
